With today’s 24 hours non stop way of working, automatic changeover panels are becoming a more regular requirement within the market place.  They are available in a variety of different systems and can be manufactured with motorised ACBs or MCCBs using shunt trip or under voltage technology.

They can also be manufactured using contactors.  We use a mechanical and electrical interlock to ensure that the changeover is fail safe and that both generator and mains are not able to parallel.  They can be manufactured for full system backup and changeover or essential supplies and non-essential load shedding upon a mains failure.  We can produce changeovers with full system bypass arrangements and more than one generator or mains supply.

We can also produce small changeover panels for location nearer to the final circuits.  We can produce these with motorised MCCBs or contactor arrangement.
